CIMA announces prizewinners for recent exams

A day after the announcement by CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) of its May 2006 examination results it also recognises the high achievers who blitzed their papers to become World Prizewinners and Highest Placed Candidates.

A handful of people from all corners of the globe are on top of the world having beaten other CIMA students across the world.

Prizewinners and commendations in individual papers go to students from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sri Lanka, Brunei, Poland, Hong Kong and the USA, working for companies as diverse as Shell, BP, Abbey, Deloitte, Jardines, Fujitsu, Reuters, Cadbury and the UK Severn Trent Water plc. These students come from diverse entry routes into studying for their exams, showing that the CIMA qualification is achievable for those who are dedicated and committed in their studies.
