CIMA is committed to supporting the lifelong learning and development of our members. CIMA Professional Development forms the structure of this support by drawing together a CPD policy that can support and develop members as they undertake their roles. Development activities can be undertaken for the wide range of products and services that form CPD Solutions to help members progress towards their employment and career aspirations.

Qualifications also play a strong role in the CPD offering. Often members wish to develop vocationally with an additional qualification that is relevant to their specific area of work or general development. CIMA has developed a number of routes to additional qualifications, many of which offer a fast-track route or exemption arrangements for CIMA members based on their CIMA qualification. Members can also benefit from easier access to a range of other professions and their associated qualifications.
