In July 2008, CIMA’s Council agreed to some changes to the UK network structure. CIMA North West will continue to be based on a regional board structure supported by the operational tier of groups who are responsible for the delivery of services to members and students. The groups are Business, Learning, Education and Development, Student, Networking and Social.
The Honorary Officer roles within the Region will now be titled:
• Regional President
• Regional Secretary
• Regional Treasurer
All members within the Region are eligible to stand for these posts. Each role is for a two year term of office subject to annual election. The posts will be elected for the calendar year and will take effect from 1 January 2009.
If you would like to find out more about the Honorary Officer or operational tier roles, or how you can help raise the profile of your institute locally, please get in touch with any of the contacts listed below.
