Harry Byrne, President of CIMA, said:

Membership of a professional body carries responsibilities as well as privileges. It is important that we are seen to act fairly and openly."
The Disciplinary Committee will sit in public to hear two cases of alleged misconduct on Monday 24 February. The hearings will take place at CIMA's HQ, 26 Chapter Street, London SW1P 4NP, commencing at 9.30am.
