This discussion paper, released in 2005, provides an overview of the CIMA Strategic Scorecard, a tool to help bring together your organisation's strategic information to allow the appropriate balance of time spent on strategy and governance. The paper was released to stimulate debate on the concept of the scorecard. We have now developed this further with the release of an executive report.
